    If there’s 26 grams of carbohydrates and 4 grams of protein, what are the other 190 grams of weight in the container?

    I think it’s the fat? The ingredients lists some oils, but it says 0 grams somehow. And I highly doubt instant noodles can contain no fat (please correct me if im wrong).

    I didn’t count but it seems that there’s more ingredients than calories.

    Because there is no oil or fat in it. Fat is higher calorie than carbs or protein.

    It’s either a tiny portion or very inaccurate calorie numbers. The first two ingredients are wheat flour and tapioca. I wouldn’t trust that nutritional info at all.
