If there’s 26 grams of carbohydrates and 4 grams of protein, what are the other 190 grams of weight in the container?

I think it’s the fat? The ingredients lists some oils, but it says 0 grams somehow. And I highly doubt instant noodles can contain no fat (please correct me if im wrong).

I very rarely see prop 65 warnings on food. Gross.

I didn’t count but it seems that there’s more ingredients than calories.

Because there is no oil or fat in it. Fat is higher calorie than carbs or protein.

I’ll have to try them, I’ve been able to find these and they’re really good if you like glass noodles 🙂
It’s either a tiny portion or very inaccurate calorie numbers. The first two ingredients are wheat flour and tapioca. I wouldn’t trust that nutritional info at all.
Edit. Here’s the link for calories in cooked udon. Is the serving less than half a cup of noodles?
