I put my joetiserie on and didn’t take the inner rack holder out. In a hurry to wait I suppose.
It racked my Joe 2 auto lift hinge thing to the point it dosent shut correctly. Pulled the grate rack out and it’s worse so we are just going on with the cook at this point.
I was trying to figure out why I couldn’t get my temps down to where I wanted them. It was because there was a massive gap on the hinge side.
I’ll wait for it to cool down and hope and pray I didn’t split the ceramic. Bracket is definitely not in the correct spot 🤦🏻♂️
Live and learn I suppose. Slow is smooth, smooth fast.
