    First time cooking Tenderloin. I’m usually a Ribeye kind of guy, but this one was one of the best steaks I’ve ever had.

    I’m a big tenderloin guy. Best cut to go my preferred blue rare on because it lacks the fat and all that makes an under-rendered steak so chewy. Love getting a nice, crunchy crust with basically tartare underneath it.
