Grandma’s Rice Pilaf Recipe
Ingredients
Finely broken vermicelli
Long grain rice
Butter
Hot chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Melt butter, mix in vermicelli until golden
Add rice for 5 minutes stirring occasionally
Add broth and salt, bring to boil, simmer 15 minutes
Sprinkle pepper, mix gently, serve hot
