Hi, thanks for watching Peter Food Adventures
and today I’m making Maroulosalta and that is Greek Lettuce Salad. This isn’t like the
traditional Greek salad you’re thinking of, it’s super easy, super delicious, budget friendly,
perfect for summer. Let’s get started! So now you just want to cut them,
almost shred them, about ¼ inch you just want to finely slice Green Onions, Spring Onions, Scallions… Now you want to finely chop some Dill and finally, this is optional,
but bit of Parsley adds some flavor! Now the dressing is super easy. This is just  a ¼ cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. I always put a clove of Garlic in there… some people don’t,
but you need the flavor of the Garlic, Salt and Pepper in there, and the juice of a fresh
squeezed Lemon. You really need about two tablespoons of Lemon Juice. You can whisk in
a bowl but it’s much better when it’s shaken. Now you want to toss everything, pour the dressing, this is the Greek Feta (4 oz or 100g) crumbled on top. I like to serve Grilled Prawns
with it… cause how delicious is this!

  1. Looks great and seems very refreshing! Definetly good balance with some fatty meat on the side! Unfortunately I'm out of dill and can't seem to find any fresh dill around where I live, I'm also waiting for it to make some Borscht (it's winter here!). Just wanted to say I always make your Borscht recipe and I love it, it reminds me of my childhood. Thank you so much.
