She ain’t pretty but I’m hungry!
1/2 lbs of ground turkey with cut up onion, zucchini, jalapeño, green bell pepper, garlic and olive oil over whole wheat pasta and sprinkled ground red pepper.
My first attempt at this after consuming fast food, large pizzas and tacos for years. Let me know if you see any rookie mistakes!

Looks good! Very nutritious
Aim for majority veggies. Make meat the side item.
Looks good! I make things like this all the time. You can also try brown rice! Hope it was delicious!
One of my favorite “volume” meals is to sautee a lot of yellow neck squash/zucchini with onion, about 5-7 minutes, throw in a handful of spinach and stir until it wilts (about 1 minute), add about 1/3 to 1/2 cup of egg whites to scramble it up. Top with your favorite salsa. Makes a big breakfast!
This is basically what I eat every day for lunch only over brown rice! I also bulk it up with a ton of zucchini so I can spread the turkey out for 4 meals. Add some lemon juice and a little feta for extra yum!
Looks too dry. I would’ve taken out the ground turkey for this idea, subbed it for diced tomatoes to cancel out the dry stuff, and went with balsamic, fresh basil, toasted pine nuts, and parmesan
