After a few years of using a small pitboss 500 that I won at work, I’ve been hooked on the pellet grill lifestyle. My birthday is tomorrow so today I decided it was time to set up my game, and grabbed an ironwood 885! Initial burn going down right now, once that’s done there’s a spatchcock chicken going on ! Will be a late dinner but I don’t care!!
The wife bought me the ranger for our camper , and I instantly fell in love with the traeger. The pitboss did me well , but this is a much much larger, and better grill I can already tell.

If you have some to die for recipes, please do share. We just got a Traeger and are also obsessed with it. Learning what to do with it and always looking for new things to cook.
Get rid of that wire brush, and get one of those sponge brushes.
