Simple, honest food — from the garden to your table.
This Short celebrates five seasonal dishes from my From Patch to Plate mini-series, where every recipe starts with real ingredients grown just steps away. From sautéed greens with garlic and olive oil, to puff pastry parcels filled with pork, garden greens and melty cheese — these dishes honour flavour, simplicity, and the joy of cooking with what you have.
