La Petite Maison (LPM), the award-winning restaurant brand inspired by the French Riviera and celebrated for its refined simplicity and vibrant Mediterranean flavours, announces three major openings that reinforce its global expansion strategy: a highly anticipated debut in Kuwait in November 2025, followed by a flagship launch on Marbella’s iconic Golden Mile in early 2026 and a standout new location in the Maldives in 2027.
With a distinguished presence in global cities such as London, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Miami, Riyadh, Doha, and Hong Kong, LPM’s latest expansions reflect a strategic focus on premier coastal markets known for their luxury and lifestyle appeal.
Situated on Kuwait’s iconic Arabian Gulf Street, just steps from the landmark Kuwait Towers, the new LPM restaurant offers sweeping beachfront views and the brand’s renowned French-Mediterranean cuisine, in line with the relaxed sophistication of the Cote d’Azur. Developed in partnership with Al Dhow Hospitality and the Touristic Enterprises Company (TEC), the venue features a sweeping dining room, an elegant open-air terrace, private dining room and a vibrant bar showcasing reimagined signature mocktails. Echoing the design ethos of other LPM locations, the interiors designed by Sagrada, the studio behind LPM London and Dubai, draw inspiration from the Belle Époque era, blending timeless elegance with contemporary coastal charm.
Nicolas Budzynski, CEO of La Petite Maison comments: “Fourteen years after establishing our Middle East presence in Dubai, expanding to Kuwait is a natural and exciting progression for LPM. This move underscores our commitment to delivering an elevated dining experience that blends authenticity with elegance – tailored for a refined clientele and set against the backdrop of Kuwait’s beautiful coastline.”
LPM’s debut in Marbella marks its first foray into Spain and a continued expansion into Europe’s vibrant luxury hospitality scene. Perfectly positioned between Puerto Banús and the Pirulí, within the Boho Club, the 800-square-meter venue will offer indoor and outdoor dining inspired by classic Riviera villas. With lush landscaping and adaptable seasonal layouts, the space will accommodate up to 160 guests. Guests can expect LPM’s signature dishes made with premium ingredients, a curated wine list, and expertly crafted cocktails — all served in an atmosphere that’s both bold and relaxed, elegant yet playful.
“Eighteen years after our London debut, Marbella’s international appeal and year-round energy make it a perfect location to deepen our Mediterranean footprint. This opening reinforces our long-term commitment to expanding LPM’s presence across key European destinations,” Budzynski added.
A pop-up preview event in Marbella is also planned for late 2025, giving select guests an exclusive taste of the forthcoming venue.
In 2027, LPM will open for the first time in the Maldives, with an open-air dining space within the Rosewood Resort Ranfaru, bringing its refined cuisine and famed mixology programme to this showstopping new destination. With an eye on longevity and sustainability Rosewood Resort Ranfaru Maldives opening in 2027, is a unique approach to luxury lifestyle. The 122 villas of the resort will reflect Rosewood’s guiding A Sense of Place® philosophy through a highly curated experience that emphasizes privacy, luxury, and a connection to the natural habitat, with LPM adding a touch of French Riviera flair to the property with an intimate 33-cover indoor dining room, 38-cover outdoor lounge and private dining room that offers unparalleled sunset views.
These openings reaffirm La Petite Maison’s position as a global leader in French-Mediterranean dining and luxury hospitality, underscored by recent accolades including Restaurant of the Decade in Dubai (2024), recognition in MENA’s 50 Best Restaurants for both Dubai and Abu Dhabi (2024), and a debut entry in the World’s 50 Best Bars at #76 (2024). These honours reflect a continued commitment to culinary excellence, consistency, and a brand ethos rooted in warmth, generosity, and timeless elegance, setting the benchmark in every market it enters.
Further details on all three venues will be shared in the coming months, as La Petite Maison prepares to welcome new audiences to experience its signature joie de vivre along three of the world’s most iconic and sought-after coastlines.
