Visited an ice cream shop in Greece and they had sheep milk ice cream, I really liked it, I was wondering if any of you have any recipes that use sheep milk to try out at home (if it’s even possible)
I can actually get sheep milk in bulk for quite cheap so it would be quite worth it to make ice cream with it

You can use any regular ice cream recipie.as a starting point. Sheep’s milk is ~7% fat vs ~3-3.5% for dairy whole milk you buy in the store and it also has higher protein content. Either plug these into an ice cream calculator or you can cut back on your cream and milk powder a bit with your go to recipie. Unless you are already using a very high fat ice cream recipie though, you likely aren’t going to mind the extra bit of fat.
