I spent all my calories during the day by eating dumb, but I managed to spend my 350 calories left in the evening on this delicious 2oz portion of cold smoked salmon and 3/4ths cup of this homemade balsamic chickpea apple salad. Yum!

(FYI, it's a smaller plate, 5 inch. It makes my food look bigger and helps with portion control)
