The Gallery Food Norwich will be based in 84 – 101 Ber Street, offering customers a range of classics from pasta to pizza and burgers.

With nearly 30 years of hospitality experience, Boris Zlamal wanted to continue his love for cooking by opening his latest outlet.

“Over the past 10 to 15 years, I have visited Norfolk and decided I wanted to build a future here, ” he said.

“It is a friendly city and there is lots of potential for business and sharing our culture with the city.”

The Gallery, which is opening on Thursday, will be operating on a takeaway basis but will also be available on Just Eat.

With a set price menu, customers can enjoy burgers and pasta dishes for £8 and pizzas for £10.

Parking is available on site as the trailer will be sharing the compound with Express Hand Complex and Car Repairs and Services.
