
Accountability post. I've been eating loaded sweet potatoes for months now. They never get old. So filling and easy.
Microwave a sweet potato for 10 mins or so. Split in half. This time I loaded with sauteed cabbage, capsicum and garlic, leftover bruschetta mixture, cucumber, cottage cheese, lemon and spring onion.

this is an incredibly good idea I’ve never thought of such a recipe. I personally don’t like sweet potatoes, but I’ll try it with a baked potato soon. Damn why didn’t I think of that earlier?
