  1. Chateau de la Gardine Cuvee des Generations Gaston Philippe 2021

Dark ruby in color with a wide reddish rim.

Beautiful nose of black fruits with cedar, vanilla, leather, spices, earth, chocolates, tobacco and peppercorn

Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity.

Dry on the palate with cherries, plums, light cedar, earth, herbs, chocolates, black pepper and tobacco leaf.

Tangy finish with fine grained tannins and raspberries.

This is a very young GSM blend from Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Rich, and very elegant. Soft and smooth.

Nicely balanced with a great mouthfeel. Complex and entertaining. New world in style.

Already drinking beautifully, and will continue to age nicely in the next 10 to 15 years.

Good by itself as a sipping wine, and will also pair nicely with food.

A blend of equal parts of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre. Aged for 12 months in all new French oak barrels.

    14.5% alcohol by volume.

    92 points.

    $100.
