This year I just did two tomato plants. San Marzano (pictured) and a sun gold. I have never enjoyed eating tomatoes, aside from in sauces, salsas, some sandwiches, etc.

Luckily my San Marzano plant is insanely productive and almost as tall as me. These are my first ones ripening on the counter! Feel free to drop any recipes or tips for using them.

Next year I’m hoping to grow some slicers to force myself to love eating them…

    You might just change your mind after having a good sun ripened tomato fresh off your very own plants. Nothing really can compare. Good luck and happy gardening!
