I've eaten a lot of sushi in my life. But only when you get extremely high-quality nigiri with fresh ingredients and fatty toro tuna do you realize that you shouldn't always order just rolls, but rather remember the basics to enjoy the pure flavor of each piece. (The California roll was there to fill me up. But it was also amazing.)

One of the really greatest things about eating at a sushi restaurant, is the ease of which a huge variety of different flavors can come to you. It’s one of the very best things I like about it. Thank you.
