Just figured I'd share tonight's meal after my wife saw my post last night 🤣
Also, best bratwurst I've ever had. Smoked with apple wood for the 1st 10mins of a 25 minute slow roast, flipped 1/2 way through, and then right over the coals too toughen up the skin and give them some character before pulling them off at around 185F. Crazy juicy…and each had that "snap!" you get when you bite into a great suassage.
Burgers were a hit as well.

As a guy from Wisconsin, something is wrong with your bratwurst. No curvature. But I approve anyway. Any meat on the grill is better than any meat not cooked on the grill.
