Casa de Campo Resort & Villas will uncork the first edition of its 2025 Wine Tasting Series this weekend with a special tribute to Argentina. Hosted at La Piazzetta on July 4 and 5 at 7 p.m., the event features world-class wines, a bespoke seven-course dinner and a guided tasting led by certified sommelier Eduardo García.
Set in the heart of Altos de Chavón, the evening promises a deep dive into Argentina’s renowned wine regions. Guests will explore a curated selection of bold reds and bright whites, paired with dishes designed by Casa de Campo’s culinary director, Chef Rodrigo Menéndez. Each course highlights flavors that echo the richness and complexity of Argentina’s terroir.
“The harmony between the wines and dishes is key to creating a memorable sensory experience,” said Menéndez.
The event offers more than great pairings — it’s a chance to connect with fellow wine lovers and enjoy a lively, intimate atmosphere overlooking the cobblestone charm of Altos de Chavón.
Tickets are US$200 per person, excluding taxes. Seating is limited and reservations are required. For bookings, contact the concierge at Ext. 3165 / 3166 or email concierge@ccampo.com.do.
