Love these. You can just cut them into bit sized pieces (or cut them into thirds) and then pan fry them until they’re soft, and then add some soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili flakes/chili oil if you like spicy!

broke way that i fall back on as an easy breakfast that’s ready in less than 5 mins: break/pull out a few onto a plate, add about 2-3 tablespoons of water with same amount of soy sauce, microwave covered for a couple rounds of 15-30s. liquid should get absorbed into the noodle, turn the noodles so they soften on all sides.
better way: cut in half, boil water, steam on the stove for 5+ mins, prepare a peanut butter and soy sauce mix to use as a dipping sauce.

I never got the shrimp ines but I get the plain ones to make thick noodle dishes like Pad Kee Mao!
I microwave them with a wet paper towel for a minute to separate them
