4.5 lbs pork butt roast, roughly 3 hours smoked on grill (internal temp 145), wrapped in foil and then 2 hours in the oven at 275. Pulled at 205, rested for about half an hour (I got impatient), and shredded.

Real talk, this stuff fucks. Its some of the best pulled pork I've had in a long time, and it wasn't hard to do (or expensive) either.

One of my favorite things about smoked meats is how simple and “cheap” it can be in respect to equipment. From the $20 bargain grill to the repurposed filing cabinet some of the most amazing food can sometimes come from next to nothing in terms of equipment. All that being said I still spent way too much on a pellet grill myself lol.

If you know what you’re doing, you can turn out great product on anything. It’s not the bow, it’s the archer!

  3. Hell yeah! I got the same grill from Walmart this summer. It’s a great time

For a second I thought the pulled pork was on the ground in that first image

Some people need fancy grills, others just know how to cook.

It ain’t the price of the smoker that counts, it’s how you use it.

Hell yeah brother. Funny thing is, this probably tastes better than them boys with their easy bake oven, I mean Traegers.

A grill is a hunk of metal to keep heat in nothing more

  9. It’s a skill set that you have not the bells and whistles. If you take off the branding of any grill it’s just a metal dome bowl or a barrel you’re cooking out of

Looking at the first picture, thinking no. But after viewing the other pics, I’m thinking you are a grill master. Nicely done!
