    Breakfast not shown: commercial protein cereal, toast with vegemite, black coffee or coffee with cacao and skim milk.

    Lunch: Cabbage, zucchini, mushrooms stir fried until just tender, whisked eggs tossed in and scrambled. Chili soy sauce drizzled over the top. Side of kimchi. Hot Jasmine tea & cold Barley tea. Cabbage I store in zip lock bags since it takes up so much space, other veg get portioned out, all cooked fresh together on the day.
