Reverse seared organic bone-in ribeye served with crispy beef tallow roasted potatoes.

Would normally aim for a few more degrees on a ribeye but the fat was nicely rendered and the edges were at risk of overcooking so i pulled it early.

Pretty pleased with the result

    Not to take away from this BEAUTIFUL steak. But isn’t all cow organic? lol

    Looks still a little bit too raw, put it in the oven for 5-10 min and it should be fine.
