🔥 This Garlic Herb Compound Butter Will Take Your Steak to the Next Level 🥩🧈

Ingredients:

1 stick of butter (softened)
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp parsley (chopped)
1 tsp thyme (fresh or ½ tsp dried)
1 tsp rosemary (optional)
½ tsp kosher salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
½ tsp lemon juice or zest (optional)

Steps:

1. Chop herbs and garlic.
2. Mix everything into softened butter.
3. Roll into a log using parchment or plastic wrap.
4. Chill in the fridge for at least an hour, or if you’re pressed for time, you can place in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes.
5. Slice and serve over your favorite steak!
