(If you want to know why you don't see the chocolate ganache and caramel cups topping on top of the salted caramel brownie ice cream in the second shot, it's because I took it off and ate it before taking the pictures.)

I had both the Ben & Jerry's mint chocolate cookie ice cream and salted caramel brownie ice cream during my Denver, Colorado trip three weeks ago in June. I have to say that both of them were really amazing and delicious. I'm glad to have Ben & Jerry's again because it's been years since the last time I had their ice cream.

Mint Chocolate Cookie: 10/10. I'm a huge fan of mint chocolate chip and cookies and cream ice creams, and the combination of the two made the flavor even better. The texture was more of cookies and cream than mint chocolate. There was no green color because mint chocolate ice cream usually has the green color, but I'm not worried about that. Overall, the mint chocolate cookie ice cream was great and is one of the best Ben & Jerry's flavors I've ever had.

Salted Caramel Brownie: 8.5/10. I usually don't like chocolate or brownie by itself, but the salted caramel brownie ice cream tasted so good and didn't taste like there was too much chocolate. I like caramel a lot, and I prefer brownies with caramel over eating brownies on their own. The salted caramel brownie ice cream was vanilla with caramel swirls around it and fudge brownie pieces inside. The flavor tasted more like caramel than chocolate which I actually liked, and vanilla ice cream will always be good for me in general. Overall, the taste was really nice and not bad at all.

I have always wanted to try the mint chocolate and cookies, but am kinda picky about mint. Sometimes its too artificial and overwhelming. I’m guessing from your 10/10 this isn’t the case?
