Hey everyone, first time here smoking beef ribs. Smoked it @ 270 degrees around 6.5 hours untill it reached an internal temperature of 175. Wrapped it in butcher paper and smoked it untill it reached an internal temperature of 205. Let it rest for an hour. Let me know what you guys think. Looking to do a brisket next.

  3. I tend to ignore temps, time and all that stuff you see online. Just cook slow enough and long enough until they look & feel delicious. Looks like you nailed it though 😋

    Only smoked one rib because it was my first time and i didn’t want to overcook/undercook it. If it fails i just lost 1 rib instead od the whole dino plate. Also it was just me eating it
