Have you turned something inedible into a tasty meal?
I bought this bad boys Samyang Buldak spicy dumplings thinking I could handle it. I can only eat three but it made a great addition to my kimchi fried rice.

I only had maybe a 1/4 cup of kimchi left which was enough to whip this up. Saute chopped sweet peppers and onions in avocado oil. Add 2 minced garlic and the chopped kimchi plus two sliced spicy dumplings. Then add cup and half cold rice. Season with s&p, splash of soysauce and finish with sesame oil.

Yes. Good job! And I don’t really like Buldak. Gomtang or kimchi ramen tho 👀

Stir fry is one of my go to meals exactly for this reason, just needs a little bit of anything.
