Anyone have issues with the bolts coming loose? I lost a bolt and purchased a repair kit online. Put new bolt, washers, and nut in and I noticed they move every time I open the lid. The left side doesn’t do it but the side with the pellet box moves every time I open the lid. All I had was a bolt, nut, and two washers. Am I missing something between the lid and frame? Worst case scenario I can take left side apart and look but hate to mess with it since it doesn’t move.

Dead serious. Ran into this issue, and the power cord just “falling” out constantly.
Went to Costco, saw Traeger rep there, went back home, loaded up the truck, returned the old, went home with new!

I like it. I would prefer to upgrade. Wonder if I could just apply the cost to a different one. I haven’t seen the new ones they are offering. Thanks for the reply though!
Double nut it or lock washers….
Use the costco return policy.
Lock washer would be my first stop before returning the whole thing lol.
