the name of this dish is foli Alto First Step here is to make our sauce I’m going to take some veto and Joe’s extra virgin olive oil I’m going to put it right in my pan I want chunks of garlic my oil is warm it’s kind of hot I’m going to go ahead and put that garlic right in there next thing I want to add here is going to be my tomatoes okay so I’m going to go ahead and put my tomatoes in just give this a gentle stir I’m going to throw probably about a half of a teaspoon in to start and I’m going to throw a good half a teaspoon of fresh ground pepper now what I’m want to do is just cook this down for about 3 to 5 minutes now that’s nice and warm and I’m going to go ahead and start throwing in some Sage leaves what I do now is I give that a stir and I let that cook for about a minute now guys a minute’s gone by I’m going to go ahead and throw my beans right in give this a really nice gentle stiring now in low heat I’m going to cook this for about 15 minutes just stir it every 4 to 5 minutes you see how delicious this is so we’re all set I’m going to shut the heat off and I’m going to go ahead and plate this I’m want to finish this off with some Sage so I’m just going to throw a couple of pieces of my sage on the top here look at that ready for your bite
