It’s a counter service with steam-table setup. You get rice and pick 2-3 entrees. There’s a good variety with some of the dishes being legit spicy. I almost always pick Garlic Black Pepper Pork (Moo Tod) as one of them. Nice, simple, fast, and delicious.
