I dont think its under rated. I think for most people, they are used to farm raised salmon, which is fine but not great.

Unless you’re getting wild caught salmon, salmon is horrible, truly horrible. And I’m not being over dramatic. It’s very toxic, one of the if not the most toxic animal protein and it’s also an ecological disaster. It’s not something you should eat often, all all. For you health if nothing else.
