CHICKEN

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approximately 500 g/1 lb 2 oz) halved horizontally to make 4 thinner steaks (see note 1 if you want to use thighs)
1 tsp sweet paprika
1 tsp dried oregano
½ tsp sea salt flakes
¼ tsp cracked black pepper
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
¼ cup (60 ml) water
