Review: Biscoff Ice Cream Bars

I love Biscoff anything, I always have. Saw these at Safeway in California and grabbed them. I've heard the white chocolate ones are the best, but milk chocolate was my only option and they looked delicious.

From what I can tell- these bars are Biscoff ice cream coated in a layer of Biscoff cookie butter, then dipped in milk chocolate studded with Biscoff cookie crumbles. The chocolate shell was cracked, but that doesn't matter much to me.

I smelled a strong Biscoff scent the second I opened the wrapper, which was a sign of good things to come. From the first bite, these were delicious. The shell had a nice snap, and the cookie crumbles were fresh and crunchy. The perfect contrast to the smooth ice cream inside. Every bite was packed with Biscoff flavor, which is exactly what I hoped for.

I was slightly worried about the milk chocolate shell overpowering the Biscoff flavor, but that wasn't the case. They complimented each other wonderfully. I would definitely purchase these if you've seen them and you're on the fence.
