As summer begins to heat up, my friend suggested we go to Yu Chun for lunch. The slushy broth really hit the spot. The Kalbi was on a sizzling plate which was a great contrast to the naengmyeon. I can see us coming here more often during the next few months. Maybe next time I'll get the bibim-naengmyeon.
