Homemade Carrot Pineapple cupcakes with cream cheese frosting 🥕🧁

I made my fiancée carrot pineapple cupcakes with homemade cream cheese frosting for his birthday! It was my first time making these and I'm proud of the outcome! He and I really loved them. I stayed up late baking and piping the frosting. I'm a beginner and I know the frosting looks like mashed potatoes and some cupcakes have sloppy frosting piping but they all tasted amazing! I had enough batter leftover to put into a loaf pan and I practiced my frosting writing 🤣 my fiancée ate that all in one night hahahaha
