Hey everybody, I got pasta prima vera coming at you tonight. Let’s go ahead and chop some here. We’re doing half moons on side. I’m going to do like quarter inches, something like that. We’re going to bake these. Got my pepper. Hey, what’s up? How you doing? My little sue chef here. You want to watch, don’t you? Toaster oven 375 for about 20 minutes or so. Going in boiling water for about 10. Trim my scallions here quickly. Larger chunks here. Saves a little chopping time. Also, I also cheat and put the whites and greens together. Probably not very good practice in cooking, but it’s quick and it’s easy just for the family. Easy. That’s hot. No touch. Hot. No touch. A little bit of the Tuskin heat spice. Just a little bit cuz it has red chili pepper flakes in it. Just a little bit. It’s very spicy. Couple things going on here. We got this cream sauce. This is going in first. Okay. Then we got st stock concentrate coming up. Do that a gentle stir. Very good. Just got one of these. Jawbrook gentle button. Wait. Okay. I’m going to put the stock concentrate in. Yep. Can you stir it a little bit? Right here. Use this. We get a little pasta water. Put that in here. Yep. Just like that. Stir it. Last bit. We got creme fresh nine brook. Nine. Keep that on high. We’re boiling creme fresh going in here. Got to do a little more whisking. You whisker in. Whisker. whisker and we’re just going to whisk this in right now. Try it. No, don’t want to try it. Okay, no cheese sticks. Is cooked, drained, sauce is transferred to a new pot. We’re going to mix this all together now. Peas, half the parm. Come on. Half the parm. Half the zest. What else we got? Butter and big squeeze of lemon juice. Okay. Butter and the lemon juice going in. Stir all of this together. Looking good. Brooke, you want to try a piece of lemon? All right, let’s stir this all in here. Probably some pepper. A little more pepper on there. Keep it going. And this is looking good. And I’m going to ruin it with a handful of spinach here. Brooke kuagen. Uh-oh. Stir. Uh-oh. Uh-oh.
Uh-oh. All right, let’s put this in. Check out these veggies. They should be done here pretty good, I think. Let’s throw these in on top of everything else. All mixed in together. Our pasta prima vera. Everything is mixing together here. Say he say he very hot. I’m liking the colors. Spinach I’m hoping doesn’t ruin it. BB. Yeah. Add some more pepper for everybody to take a sneeze. And this is pretty much ready. A tabula.
