Congratulations on your shiny new purchase! Do you plan on just grilling (burgers, dogs, quick things, etc.) or to use it for smoking meats as well?

Hell yeah. I started at 43 the too! Quickly got obsessed . Such a fun hobby. I didn’t even realize I could smoke meats too on my weber. Got this bad boy resting now. Cheers!
Congrats and remember to have some patience with it. It has a slight learning curve but once you get it it’s easy.

What a nice patio to pop your cherry in too. Enjoy!

I started grilling about 10 years ago when I finally moved into a house. I was about 42 then.

Congratulations! I have the same grill. Finishing up some baby back ribs right now. Happy Independence day, and enjoy your new grill!

That looks almost too tranquil. Great grilling zone.

That’s a very nice looking grill! I kind of want one in that color, would look good next to my big green egg.

Nice grill, but why is there a red rocket hanging from your tree?

I can tell by how nice your plants look that you will absolutely be a grill master very quickly. Enjoy the process- it’s slow like gardening and equally satisfying.

Congrats I started during Covid and had just turned 50. I have become a Weber snob now. Haven’t touched my pellet grill in two years probably and I built this last year.

I bought my first Weber master touch 3 months ago, and I haven’t touched my gas grill since. Welcome to your new addiction friend!
I have two and I’ll be cooking chicken for 30 people tomorrow
Your backyard looks so cute and inviting. Congrats on your first time! Enjoy!
I’ve had that same grill for about a dozen years – Love it !!
Tuna Steaks followed – later dogs and burgers in the driveway while watching fireworks !!
