I smoked a pork butt with a peach based rub for the holiday and decided to go with a peach theme. I grilled peaches and basted them with butter, vanilla and bourbon, then liberally sprinkled with brown sugar. I chopped them up and blended them in with the vanilla bean base. Served with a sprinkle of granola and a homemade spicy ginger cookie. 🤤
