Got a Grilla OG a week ago and just experimenting. First time smoking lamb! Smoked at 280 for around 45 minutes. Came out a little overdone for my liking but still delicious!! About to go crazy with this thing!

    Those look great. One of my buddies and I split a lamb for science last year, we had a lot of good eats (and fun) learning how to smoke the different cuts from it. The ribs we did looked very similar to yours and were delicious.
