Today's lunch: protein snack plate 300 calories

I'm someone who mostly just struggles with having a sweet tooth which is the source of my extra weight. It might not work for everybody but I love these Ghirardelli squares. They are small but pack a punch enough to satisfy my sweet tooth. I only need 1 or 2 of them and I'm good and they're 60-70 calories a square.
