I was cleaning out my photos and thought I would share this with anyone who might be interested.
In March I had dinner at Atomix and decided I didn't feel like having wine and went with the non alcoholic pairing for I believe $125.00. I really loved everything pairing I had and thought they all went quite well with the food.
If I was ever to get back I think I would opt for this again.

I love when non-alcoholic pairings lean infusions, brews, juices, kombuchas, etc. versus mocktails or dealcoholized beers/wines. If available I usually opt for those pairings over wine. Atomix was a great one and looking at my menu from last year it was almost entirely different too.

The Muri is a n/a wine from Noma. I had that and another also Muri that were wonderful (did the pairing on Tuesday). So well-chosen with the menu.
