Thai basil chicken:
Fry up diced Thai chili with garlic until fragrant on high heat, add in diced chicken thigh or breast, cook until you don’t see anymore pink. Add the sauce which is a combination of, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and water. Add sauce and stir until thickened. Turn the heat off and add a handful of basil and stir in until cooked down.
