🥣Ingredients:
1 cup lentils (6oz | 190g)
1 zucchini
1 chopped leek or regular onion
1 medium diced carrot
1 chopped celery stalk
5 garlic cloves
1tsp dried Italian herbs
1/2tsp Korean chilli flakes
1tbsp tomato paste
3tbsp chopped walnuts
2 cups tomato passata (16fl oz | 450ml)
3 cups vegetable stock (24fl oz | 700ml)
1/3 cup oat cream (3fl oz | 800ml)

🧑‍🍳Cooking tips:
ℹ️ Feel free to add your favourite herbs and spices to get the flavour you enjoy the most.
ℹ️ You can substitute zucchini for pasta of your choice.

Today I will share with you incredibly delicious lentils recipe! 👍 💖 Rinse 1 cup lentils (6oz | 190g) with water. ℹ️ It helps remove any dust, dirt, impurities and excess starch. 🐈 Greetings from curious Lancy! 😽 💖 This is a very simple recipe everyone can make at home. Just follow my step by step instructions. Sauté 1 chopped leek or regular onion on slightly oiled pan over low heat. Add 1 diced medium-sized carrot. 1 chopped celery stalk. Mix well and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Mince 5 garlic cloves and add to the pan. Watch the video to learn how to cook lentils with zucchini in incredibly delicious way! Season with 1tsp mixed Italian herbs. 1/2tsp Korean chilli flakes. 1tbsp tomato paste. Mix well and cook over low heat for 3 minutes. Add rinsed lentils. 3tbsp chopped walnuts or any nuts of your choice. Fry over low heat for 5 minutes. 2 cups tomato passata (16fl oz | 450ml). 3 cups vegetable stock (24fl oz | 700ml). This lentil recipe is high in protein and good for lunch or dinner! My whole family enjoys it a lot! Cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Grate 1 zucchini using julienne peeler. ✅ Write a review or ask a question about the recipe. I will be very happy to answer all your questions. Simmer for 3 minutes.   4. I can get oat milk and coconut cream, but not oat cream. Which is a better substitute for the oat cream?

  5. I dint like very hot spuces like chili flakes. Us it better to leave it out altogether or substitute smoked paprika or regular paprika or something else?
