My neighbors other half brought me down some Hotdogs to try out when she came to visit from NY. I’ll admit, they’re different. Are they tasty? Sure. I topped with some slaw and pickled jalapeños (no finished pictures, sorry)
But I can say, you can’t beat an All Beef Hotdog; in my opinion. These Rochester Dogs made it all the way to this Virginia Boy.

That’s cool. Outside of NYC area hotdogs are very regional. Rochester has popular brands (like the zweigles you have there, “white hots” are popular in Syracuse, and there are favorite brands to Buffalo/Western NY. But yes, most of these are all or mostly pork.
