Smoked on my camp chef for 11 hours. Lathered in Dijon mustard, seasoned with salt, onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, coriander, cayenne, paprika. Shredded all 14 pounds with the stand mixer in about 15 minutes.

    Never thought about using my stand mixer I smoked 33lbs of shoulder for father’s day and that would have been handy.
