I’m gonna say it. The taboo words that never should be said in /r/sushi
I’d prefer more rice for a better sushi to rice ratio. At this point it’s almost sashimi. Now sashimi absolutely has its place, but when I order sushi I expect some rice. Good sushi rice complements the fish perfectly.
