About 12 hour smoke, foil wrapped to temperature of 203* (more than I wanted but I got distracted helping my wife bbq chicken)

Marinated in Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepper.

Rub was brown sugar, salt, black and white pepper, sage, thyme, and cayenne measured with your heart.
