This one was one of the most memorable meals of my life, definitely one of the top 3 – Just WOW! I visited in November 2024, so this was the Autumn Menu degustation.
From the moment they welcome you in and sit you down to the moment you leave, every thing is orchestrated in perfect timing.
I don’t think I have the words to describe the magnificence of every dish in the course; from the table-side butter service, the bread cart, ossetra caviar, foie gras, the Wagyu, the mashed potatoes were like nothing I’ve eaten before, to the last drop of amazing French wine, every dish was luxurious, bursting with delicate yet beautiful flavors every dish was absolute perfection.

Even the bread looks perfect
I went there years ago and it and despite having been to several 3 star restaurants since I still consider it the single best meal of my life without question.
