4 ingredients:

1/4 TSP traditional yeast
1 TBSP salt
1.5 cups earl grey tea
3 cups bread flour

Probably one of the best crusts I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to crack em open tomorrow.

    I don’t have any Earl Gray on hand, but I do have English breakfast tea. I’ve never considered including tea in a bread recipe. Now I am intrigued, and I may have to give this a try.
