Dad came to visit for the weekend, so naturally I had to take him to our favourite real-deal sushi spot. It’s run by a Japanese sushi chef who has been in the biz for decades and creates the most incredibly fresh rolls and sushi with local fish and special fish straight from Japan. So lucky to live in B.C. where we are spoiled for choice when it comes to sushi!
