Made some pesto penne chicken pasta with a caprese salad to go with it for the week

Homemade pesto – basil, two garlic cloves, fresh Parmesan, Toasted pine nuts and olive oil.
Chicken was marinated in the pesto, added some lemon juice and balsamic vinegar.
Caprese salad – cherry tomatoes, mozzerella pearls, fresh basil, salt & pepper, walnuts & pinenuts. Put the balsamic vinegar mixed with olive oil in sauce cups for when you have it.
